TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT Statement[v1.0 04/2018] - [v4.0 01/2023]
[1.1] Statement of Purpose These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are an agreement between you (“User” or “you” or “your”) and Multex.PK (“Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products and services made available by us and on our website (collectively, the “Services”).

[1] Terms and Conditions
Users cannot use our Hosting/Services for any Spamming, Files Data Storage, P**n /Adults Websites, Forex Trading Bots, Phishing, Email Spamming, SMS server, etc. But If you have permission from your country submit your documents to us and you can continue, because we work worldwide. Anyone cannot use other registered brands or any company's public information for fraud or without their permissions in the public domain, When will we know we'll immediately delete all the content from the website and allow the domain to expire. If your services are suspended, we'll keep your data for 6 months but if you request cancellation we'll remove immediately.

[1.1] Cookie Statement - Cookies and crawling We are not accessing your browser cookies as we are not looking into what you are and what you think.

[1.2] Our Business Websites Make sure you see our information for sales and support on the following websites. Our Primary Business website is (Multex.PK) and the Portal link is (Multexpkcloud.com). But we own all these domains and we have rights to them, If anyone uses our Brand Name for negative marketing/ Spamming, or uses our products to sell as pirated versions, we can surely open a case in court. {Multex.PK, MultexPKcloud.com, Multexpk.com, BitProductive.com, MianAsim.com, OnlineToolsBuddy.com, ReadyWear.PK, etc}

[1] Registration and use of personal data
We don't spam our customers through the data we keep or we use your data for marketing purposes. We also Don't store Credit/ Debit Cards on our system. Users can store transaction and Cardholder names in encrypted format for the verification process, but we won't store anything (like cc or CVV number or anything).

[1.2] Terms of Services

We provide domains, hosting, software, etc. Our registered customers should follow these terms for a great experience. Users must email or call from their registered Email or Phone number with us for Support/ Resetting password, We May call for verification. [a] Fraud It is a violation of this Agreement for you to misuse or fraudulently use credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, electronic checks, or any other payment method. We may report any such misuse or fraudulent use, as determined in our sole discretion, to governmental and law enforcement authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions and/or credit card companies.

[b] Invoice Disputes If you have any questions concerning a charge on your account, please reach out to our billing department for assistance.

[2] Data for service provision
Domain Payments Domain registrations. No refunds will be given once a domain is registered. Domain Renewals. You can manage domain renewals by contacting us. Domain renewal notices may be provided as a courtesy reminder and we are not responsible for any failure to renew a domain or failure to notify about a domain renewal. No refunds will be given once a domain is renewed.

[2.1] Taxes Listed fees for the Services do not include any applicable sales, use, revenue, excise or other taxes imposed by any taxing authority in particular Federal and Provincial Sales Tax, unless otherwise provided. Any applicable taxes will be added to your invoice as a separate charge to be paid by you and if they are not added paying them is your own responsibility. By agreeing to this agreement you agree that all Sales Tax will be paid by you if you have not paid it to Multex.PK . All fees are non-refundable when paid unless otherwise stated.

Servers Policies[v2 09/2018]
[1] Cloud Servers Agreement
CPU, Bandwidth and Disk Usage Shared hosting space may only be used for web files, active email and content of User Websites. Shared hosting space may not be used for storage (whether of media, emails, or other data), including, as offsite storage of electronic files, email or FTP hosts. We expressly reserve the right to review every shared account for excessive usage of CPU, disk space and other resources that may be caused by a violation of this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate access to the Services or remove or delete User Content for those accounts that are found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions and other policies. Dedicated and VPS usage will be limited by the resources allocated to the specific plan that you purchase. The space we provide for hosting should not be used as a storage medium for your files or data. At least 90% of your web pages must be ‘linked’ with files (GIF, JPEG, etc.) stored on Multex.PK servers. Websites that are found to contain either/or no HTML documents, a large number of unlinked files are subject to files deletion or account cancelation. Bandwidth usage is unmetered (i.e., not monitored) for shared hosting services only.

[1] Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy We don't offer or provide refunds to anyone, because we provide instant activation of account through email verification, and after payment, users will be able to use hosting, RDP-VPS, and download our SaaS software instantly. Please make sure your card details are secure and not shared with anyone.

[a] Non-refundable Products and Services Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, there are no refunds of any fee (including without limitation, administrative fee and/or tax) on dedicated servers, or additional products or services such as Codeguard, Digital Certificates, shared VPS hosting, SiteLock install fees for custom software, and/or any other products or services of the Multex.PK

[2] Support and Monitoring Servers
Late Payment or Non-Payment Any invoice that is outstanding may result in the suspension or termination of Services. Access to the account will not be restored until payment has been received. If you fail to pay the fees as specified herein, we may suspend or terminate your account and pursue the collection costs incurred by Multex.PK Host , including without limitation, any arbitration and legal fees, and lawyer fees. We will not activate new orders or activate new packages for customers who have an outstanding balance on their account. Dedicated servers are subject to being reclaimed and all content deleted if you fail to make a timely payment. You have fifteen (15) days from the expiry date to pay the outstanding amount due for a dedicated server. After 15 days, the data on the dedicated server will be permanently deleted and may not be restored.

[2.1] Cancellation Process You may terminate or cancel the Services by contacting us. If you cancel the Services, you are obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation. Please note that if you have pending orders outstanding on your account at the time you cancel your account, we will continue to process those orders so long as your Advance Account has sufficient funds to cover the charges. If we are unable to fulfill any orders, the charges for such orders will be reversed and we reserve the right to cancel such orders. We reserve the right to deny or cancel any order within thirty (30) days of processing such order. In such case we will refund the fees charged for the order..

[1] Obligations while using Multex.PK
Account Security and Multex.PK Host Systems It is your responsibility to ensure that scripts/programs installed under your account are secure and permissions of directories are set properly, regardless of the installation method. When at all possible, set permissions on most directories to as restrictive as possible. Users are ultimately responsible for all actions taken under their account. This includes the compromise of credentials such as username and password. You are required to use a secure password. If a weak password is used, your account may be suspended until you agree to use a more secure password. Audits may be done to prevent weak passwords from being used. If an audit is performed, and your password is found to be weak, we will notify you and allow time for you to change or update your password before suspending your account. Inode Limits An inode is a data structure used to keep information about a file on your hosting account. The number of inodes indicates the number of files and folders you have. This includes everything on your account, emails, files, folders, anything you store on the server.If an account exceeds one hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) inodes it will be automatically removed from our courtesy backup system to avoid over-usage. The use of more than two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) inodes on any shared or reseller account prevents user from writing data to disk, and if no action is taken to reduce the excessive use of inodes, your account may be suspended. The Services, including all related equipment, networks and network devices are provided only for authorized customer use. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor our systems, including without limitation, to ensure that use is authorized, to facilitate protection against unauthorized access, and to verify security procedures, survivability, and operational security. During monitoring, information may be scanned, examined, recorded, copied and used for authorized purposes. By using the Services, you consent to monitoring for these purposes. Any account found connecting to a third party network or system without authorization from the third party is subject to suspension. Access to networks or systems outside of your direct control requires the express written consent of the third party. We may, at our discretion, request documentation to prove that your access to a third party network or system is authorized. Any account that is found to be compromised may be disabled and/or terminated. If you do not clean up your account after being notified by us of an ongoing issue, we reserve the right to keep your account disabled. Upon your request, we may clean-up your account for an additional fee. We reserve the right to migrate your account from one data-center to another in order to comply with applicable data center policies, local law or for technical or other reasons without notice. Continuous overuse of server resources may also result in account suspension/termination. Any account using 25% CPU / Memory resources for more than 60 seconds, resulting from the single or combined use of FTP, CGI Scripts, HTML or MySql resources will result in account suspension.

[1.1] Payment Terms We provide the account number or IBAN of our Official Business Account at Faysal Bank Limited with our Company name (MULTEX PK) registered with FBR. Always send payments to a mentioned bank account on the invoice only, We don't message or call you from other numbers which we don't provide on our website. We always call from +923126565434 to your WhatsApp or phone.

[a] Bank Alfalah We use the Alfa Payment gateway (Credit/Debit card payment solution) for Pakistani users, We also support international transactions and follow all the terms from Bank Alfalah.

[b] We're now using PayFast (verified from State Bank of Pakistan) as a payment processor for local and international card payments, wallet, Bank account payments and they charge 3% +FED Exclusive of Tax. They also offer 1Bill and 1 Link Channel for ATM payments (payment from link or pay by voucher at bank or ATM)

[2] Advantages of affiliate Multex.PK
Prohibited Persons (Countries, Entities, And Individuals) The Services are subject to export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations administered or enforced by the laws of Pakistan. You may not use the Services to export or reexport, or permit the export or reexport, of software or technical data in violation of Pakistani Laws. In addition, by using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are not (a) an individual, organization or entity organized or located in a country or territory that is the target of Pakistani Armed Forces; (b) designated as a person of interest by the Pakistani Law enforcement agencies; (c) otherwise a prohibited party under Pakistani Laws; or (d) engaged in terrorism or are dealing with nuclear, missile, chemical or biological weapons activities without the permission of the Government of Pakistan. Unless otherwise provided with explicit written permission, Multex.PK Host also does not register, and prohibits the use of any of our Services in connection with, any Country-Code Top Level Domain Name (“ccTLD”) for any country or territory that is the target of government sanctions. The obligations under this section shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or your use of the Services.

[2.1] Stripe Policies We use Stripe as a payment Gateway for automatic credit/debit card payment through our system, We follow all guidelines by stripe and mention them soon. We don't allow to use of fake credit cards or information at the time of the transaction, If we know we'll suspend the account and mark payment to charge back and return to the original card owner.

[2.1] QisstPay We use QisstPay as a gateway for buy now pay later services at some services we mention on the website. (learn more about QisstPay at their website). Protect Yourself From Scams Happening Around 1. We never give you a call from local or overseas numbers asking you to register for refunds, lotteries, or rebates. 2. We never ask for your personal information such as your banking ID, passwords, card details, or credit card information. 3. We never ask you to transfer funds into an unknown bank account. Our official bank account details can be found in “the invoice”. Apart from this account, we will not be responsible for funds transferred into any other account / third-party accounts. If you ever get a call claiming to be from us asking for your personal banking information such as your credit/debit card details, net banking codes, passwords, or OTP, please disregard them and report to us in our hotline number or reach out to us via email. You can find our email address and contact number in “Contact”. Our only service is to facilitate our customers who want to remit money overseas to their family, friends, associates, and loved ones.
